Donald is most proud of “taking advantage in steadily participating almost three years now in one or more daily exercise classes (for me, Monday through Friday).
“Biggest challenges are fighting off the declines in flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance that comes with aging. A sedentary lifestyle without attention to one’s health and fitness only accelerates those declines.
“Carle Health & Fitness Center offers such an array of exercise classes that allow one to find triumph in physical fitness by focusing on those potential declines in flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance.
“Several factors allow me to look forward to coming to the Fitness Center. First, maintaining a good exercise program gives me a feeling of personal self-achievement. Second, experiencing the offering at the Center of a variety of exercise options (e.g,, exercise classes, walking track, personal coaching, exercise machines, etc.). Third, as important as the physical benefits, I cherish the social aspect of developing friendships with so many others who visit the Center.
