Adult Fitness Yoga Nidra

This form of yoga is a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Three sessions available: March 30th, April 6th and April 13th from 4 – 5 pm in the Group Exercise Studio

Single Session: $10 (members); $15 (non-members)
All 3 Sessions: $25 (members); $40 (non-members)
