This program is led by our Registered Dietitian and certified fitness coaches, making it accessible to everyone—both members and non-members. Join us and take the first step toward a healthier you!

Schedule

    • 11-week program: January 20th – April 4th
    • Mondays from 5:30 – 6:30 pm

A session for baseline measurements will be scheduled at your convenience with a fitness coach the week before the program starts/during the first week.


11-Week Program Cost: $199 for members and non-members
