Nutrition Healthie Foodie Group

Have you ever thought about how your nutrition is helping or hindering your progress to a healthier you? Have questions about how to get more protein in your diet? You will want to join our new Healthy Foodie Group! Held the first Wednesday of every month, we will learn valuable insights to improving our nutrition.  

Attend our first class on Wednesday, April 2nd and receive a cooking demonstration with dietitian Emily Leffew.  We will learn how to increase protein in our diet and taste a sample of a delicious high protein option that is not a protein bar or protein powder.  Food samples and recipe cards provided.
