Enjoy a moment to yourself while we watch your kids! Our activity-based childcare program will provide a safe, secure, supervised environment for children six weeks through 13 years of age. Operating hours coincide with most class times to complement your workout schedule.

Monday – Thursday:  8 am – 12 pm and 4 pm – 7:30 pm
Friday and Saturday:  8 am – 12 pm
Sundays:  11 am – 2 pm (for seasonal Spring hours)
