
Anthony is a former athlete whose life has revolved around health and fitness for as long as he can remember. Whether it’s strength training, playing soccer, or doing yoga, Anthony loves movement and finds it to be the best medicine for anything life throws your way. He’s gained invaluable experience working with all age groups through coaching various youth sports, teaching weight training classes for college students, and working with older population as a physical therapy technician.
