Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem. You will also learn how to help connect them to the appropriate care.

This course is offered by the McLean County Health Department and the Mental Health First Aid Collaborative. Fee is $12 and includes lunch and all course materials.
