4:00 pm:
Carle Health and Fitness Center invites you to attend the first session of our upcoming MOVE MS module on August 21st. MOVE MS is a once weekly group exercise class for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis featuring various exercise modalities. Join us for a one-hour seated workout focusing on aerobic, strength, neuromotor, and flexibility work.

*Move MS class held in CHFC’s Mind Body Studio. Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for exercise are recommended.

5:00 pm:
The National MS Society Central Illinois Community Council is eager to share resources and information about how YOU can become more involved in the MS Movement.

Healthcare Professionals:
  • Explore the MS Society’s calendar of professional education opportunities.
  • Learn about the MS Society’s partnerships with professional organizations.
  • Explore a variety of clinical assessment tools for measuring MS disease activity.

MS Warriors, Friends, Family, and Advocates:
  • Learn about local community councils and support groups.
  • Learn how you can contribute time and resources to help the MS Society achieve its missions.
  • Find ways you can help to advance federal, state, and community policies and programs that benefit people with multiple sclerosis.
