World Diabetes Day is November 14, 2024

Did you know:
    •  1 in 10 adults worldwide have diabetes
    •  Over 90% have type 2 diabetes
    •  Close to half are not yet diagnosed

In many cases, type 2 diabetes and its complications can be delayed or prevented by adopting and maintaining healthy habits. Knowing your risk and what to do is important to support prevention, early diagnosis and timely treatment.

We will be holding a FREE Pre-Diabetes Screening and $25 Cholesterol/Glucose Screening on Thursday, November 14th & Tuesday, November 19th from 6 am – 9 am by appointment only.

In honor of World Diabetes Day, we will be offering FREE Pre-Diabetes Screenings and $25 Cholesterol/Glucose Screenings which check:
    •  Total Cholesterol
    •  LDL
    •  HDL
    •  Glucose
    •  Triglycerides
    •  Cholesterol Ratio

Screenings will be conducted in the CHFC atrium on November 14th & 19th from 6 am to 9 am by appointment only. A 12-hour fast is recommended when completing a screening. Please visit the Member Service to schedule your appointment.
