Making a workout part of your day will increase the likelihood of getting it done.
Many of us plan out each day to stay organized in our busy lives. Prioritizing scheduling a workout in your day will make it easier to establish a consistent routine of making it to the facility. Many of us fall into the trap of saying, “I’ll workout when I have time,” but then fail to find time in the day. Every time you plan your agenda, try to fit as much time as your schedule allows to get some sort of exercise in. Not every workout needs to be an hour long, anything is better than nothing.
