Gentle Flow Yoga is an opportunity to experience a moving meditation consisting of a gentle slow flow, with a focus on the rise and fall of the breath. Physical yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxing techniques for integrating body-mind-spirit included.
Gentle Yoga
Understand the Self! Begins with proper alignment of the physical body in a wide variety of yoga postures. Yoga props are used to accommodate stiffness, pain or injury. The practice blends strength and stretch, effort and ease, movement and stillness.
Mindful Yoga
A comfortable space and accepting community where you can joyfully learn and explore the practice of yoga. Easy on the joints and transitions are done in a progressive manner to equalize blood pressure and prevent dizziness.
Relax & Reset Yoga*
Wind down at the end of the day with gentle style yoga. Practice being in tune with your body to help with the nervous system. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow*
This dynamic yoga class will blend strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through breath-linked movement.
