Making sure you are hydrating your body everyday is very important for multiple functions! Regarding exercise, it can be very difficult to reach maximum physical performance if you are not hydrating properly. Shooting for at LEAST 64 oz a day should be the goal. Energy levels and brain function are also heavily affected. Weight loss can be very difficult if you are not drinking enough water, due to water increasing satiety and boosting your metabolic rate. Boosting your metabolic rate can also result in the number of calories you can burn on a daily basis. Overall, drinking enough water everyday is a simple tactic you can take to improve your physical and mental health.
