Ways to Celebrate National Nutrition Month
March is the month to focus on your nutrition and take charge of your health! Here are some ways to celebrate national nutrition month:
1. Make an appointment with a Registered Dietitian to develop achievable nutrition goals
2. Take a cooking class
3. Donate to a local food pantry to help others meet their daily nutrition needs
4. Plan a garden to plant this spring or start an indoor herb garden
5. Try a new fruit or vegetable
6. Add foods with whole grains into your day
7. Challenge yourself to not eat fast food for a week
