If you struggle from mid-morning energy crashes there are a few things you can try using nutrition!
Adding protein to your breakfast is a great way to keep you satisfied for a longer period of time. Try adding eggs, peanut butter, a cup of milk, or protein powder into any beverage or smoothie to increase your morning protein.
