    Hours of Operation

    Monday – Thursday: 5 am –  10 pm
    Friday: 5 am – 9 pm
    Saturday: 7 am – 6 pm
    Sunday: 8 am – 6 pm

    THANKSGIVING HOURS:
    – CLOSED Thanksgiving Day 11/28

    FRIDAY, 11/29 – Open 7 am – 9 pm
    – Activity-Based Childcare (ABC): Open 7:45 am to noon
    – Group Fitness: 7:15 am Revolution with Josh; 8:30 am Cardio Step with Kelly; All other classes are cancelled
    – TPC: 10 am – “Family and Friends” Adult Strength Class
    – No Rock Steady Boxing
    – No Cardiopulmonary Rehab
